Helping New Smith's Forge Their Own Path

We have been fortunate to begin a collaboration with the Darrow School in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Through their Hands to Work Program students are able to come to Heather's Heart Forge and learn an aged old craft. We have had several very talented individuals in the shop. This allows us to expand our teaching of the art of bladesmithing and blacksmithing to a wider audience. We still provide one-to-one classes for those looking for an awesome new experience. We really appreciate all that have come through our doors and have become engrossed in the forge lifestyle, through you the craft will continue on. We meet so many interesting individuals from many different backgrounds. It is interesting to hear others stories while we continue to write our own.
